The ordinary general assembly meeting of Munazzamatü’d Da’veti’l Islamiye, which is one of the founding members of the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World, was held in Khartoum, Sudan, with the administration of Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Ali, who is the head of the Munazzamatü’d Da’veti’l Islamiye and Deputy Secretary General of UNIW.
At the same time, our Secretary General Att. Ali Kurt, who is a member of the board of trustees of Munazzama, made a speech at the General Assembly meeting where the Prime Minister of Sudan Mr. Bakri Hassan Saleh attended and made a remark.
Following the election, Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Ali, who was the chairman of the institution, handed over his position to Mr. Ataulmennan Bahit, who is Sudan’s new ambassador to OIC. Munazzamatü’d Da’veti’l Islamiye have been conducting sufficient “invitations and da’wah” works in more than 40 countries in Africa including Sudan.
