UNIW Charter

This charter determines the working procedures of the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW), whose establishment was completed by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Turkey dated 30.12.2005 and numbered 2005/9910, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3335 on the Establishment of International Organizations, and with the approval of the President of the Republic.

Our goal is to ensure sustainable development, unity, and coordination among non-governmental organizations of the Islamic world; to contribute to the realization of an environment of justice, peace, and stability all over the world; to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and societies; and to carry out activities to introduce Islamic culture and values.
