About the organization
Short Introduction
The Mongolian Islamic Religious Association Muftiat was founded in 2004. It provides humanitarian aid services along with religious activities in the country. Establishing and maintaining mosques, religious education schools and Qur’anic courses are among its main objectives. It had opened 12 mosques, one religious education school and one dormitory. It gives scholarship to about 250 students on monthly basis. It publishes a newspaper with the name of “Selam”, and religious writings of the Muftiat are regularly published in the media.
